Terms of Service

UPnGO Agri Agent is a simulation. Regions, weather, crops, livestock, prices, trades and agent reasoning are generated by our models for play, teaching, research and policy experimentation. Nothing in the product is agronomic advice, veterinary advice, financial advice or a forecast of real commodity markets.

We continue to develop the world. Mechanics, balancing, regional parameters and agent heuristics may change, and changes can affect the value of positions held inside the simulation.

You need an account to own a farm. Keep your credentials confidential, give accurate contact details, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity carried out under it, including actions taken by an autopilot you enabled.

One person or organisation, one farm per region, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The world runs on its own clock. AI farms plant, harvest, treat herds and clear trades whether or not you are watching, and the market reacts to every decision. If you switch your own farm to autopilot, the agent acts with your authority: its plantings, purchases, sales and losses are yours.

Agents are heuristic and imperfect. We do not guarantee any level of profitability, yield, survival rate or market outcome for an autonomous farm.

In-world cash, land, inventory and price history have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, and are not transferable outside the simulation. We do not operate a real exchange and we do not settle real commodities.

You may not sell, rent or trade accounts, farms or in-world assets for real consideration, and you may not present simulation output as real market data.

You agree not to:

• run scripts, bots or scrapers against the service beyond the in-product autopilot;
• coordinate multiple accounts to manipulate regional prices or leaderboards;
• probe, overload or circumvent our authentication, rate limits or data-access rules;
• reverse engineer our models, or use the service to train a competing system;
• upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content into farm names or other free-text fields.

We may reset a farm, roll back trades, suspend an account or remove content to protect the shared world.

The service is provided as is. We may take the world offline for maintenance, migrations or rebalancing, and in rare cases we may restore world state from a snapshot, which can undo recent ticks and trades.

We own the product, its models, world data and brand. You keep whatever rights you have in the text you enter. You grant us a licence to store, display and process it in order to operate the simulation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost in-world assets, or for decisions taken in the real world on the basis of simulated output.

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the service.
