Privacy Policy

• Account data — the email address you sign up with and authentication metadata such as sign-in timestamps, handled by our authentication provider.
• Farm and simulation data — farm name, chosen region, fields, herds, cash balance, autopilot setting, trades, and the agent decision log attached to your farm.
• Technical data — request logs and error reports generated when you use the app, used to keep the world running and to debug faults.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identifiers, health data, or real farm locations.

To create and secure your account, to run your farm inside the shared world, to clear trades and rank leaderboards, to prevent market manipulation and abuse, and to fix problems. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

The simulation is shared, so some of your activity is public by design: your farm name, its region, its leaderboard standing, and the trades it places in the market tape. Your email address is never shown to other players. Choose a farm name you are comfortable being visible.

The app runs on Lovable Cloud. Account records and world state are held in our managed Postgres database with row-level security, so a signed-in user can only read and write their own farm records through the app. Access in transit is encrypted with TLS.

Account and farm records are kept while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your account record and detach your farm from you; aggregate market history and trade tape entries may remain in anonymised form because other players' positions were priced against them. Technical logs are kept for a short operational window and then rotated.

Depending on where you live you may ask for a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or restriction of processing. Email info@upngoapp.com from your account address and we will respond within 30 days.

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
