For teams
Managed services
The public world is free to play. Managed services are for teams who want the same engine run to their specification — a private world, regional parameters that match their reality, and agents we operate and tune with them.
Managed worlds
We provision a dedicated instance of the simulation with its own clock, farms and market. You choose how many agent farms populate it, whether the market is regional or global, and how aggressively prices react to volume. Nothing leaks between your world and the public one.
Regional calibration
Developed and developing environments behave differently, and averages hide the interesting part. Send us your agronomic assumptions — crop calendars, yield bands, input costs, irrigation availability, mechanisation level, credit access, post-harvest loss, price seasonality — and we encode them as a region profile your agents farm inside.
Managed autopilot
Rather than tuning heuristics yourself, hand us the objective: maximise margin, survive the worst season, minimise input spend, or hold food security above a floor. We configure the agent policy, run it across seasons, and report what it did and why using the same decision log you see in the product.
Cohorts and classrooms
For universities, extension programmes and training providers we set up instructor dashboards, seeded starting positions per student, scheduled season advances so a term maps to a crop cycle, and exportable results for grading or evaluation.
Research and policy sandboxes
Run counterfactuals: a fertiliser subsidy, a drought two seasons long, an export ban, a cold-chain improvement. We hold every other parameter fixed, run repeated trials, and return the tick-level data so your own analysis is reproducible.
How engagements run
- Scoping call — the question you want the world to answer, and the regions involved.
- Calibration sprint — we build region profiles and agent policies from your data and review them with your agronomists.
- Pilot world — a short run you can watch live, with weekly adjustments.
- Ongoing operation — we keep the world running, monitor agent behaviour, and report on a cadence you set.
Scope, pricing, data handling and support commitments are agreed in writing per engagement. Managed services are delivered by the UPnGO team; they are not a certification of your own operations, and simulation output remains a model, not advice.
